For my friend, Ashley's wedding I have been asked to make the cakes. This is the first shape cake I have had to do free hand. It is going to be for the grooms cake and it's going to be in the shape of a mountain, it's going to have rocks and a river with a canoe in it, you see they were engaged at the top of a mountain in Colorado. I am so excited to do this cake. I had a sheet cake that was an extra so I decided to play with it today to see how I could get the shape. This is how it turned out!
